American Voters: It Is Time to Repeal and Replace Your Establishment Senator and Representative

Yes, it's your fault, Mr. and Ms. American Voter.  Let's not beat around the Bush with a finely layered supposition tenuously acknowledging the political cleverness of legislators to force a "Cage" Fight in Conference to Repeal ObamaCare.  The Unions of Capital Hill--the Bernie Sanders Marxists, the Charles Schummer Socialists, and the Mitch McConnell Establishment--have endorsed Socialized Medicine.  You can call it Universal Health Care or Affordable Health Care.  Any way you package manure, it still smells like manure.  When the Patriotic US Senators, draped in the Nation's War Colors of Red, White, and Blue, stood upon the floor of the Upper House of the United States Congress, they were given the opportunity to fight for the freedoms and liberties of their heritage as witnessed in the warnings of former President Ronald Reagan:

"...pretty soon your son won't decide when he's in school, where he will go or what he will do for a living. He will wait for the government to tell him."

Did these men and women of reason stand with one of the most revered freedom fighters in world history?  When given the opportunity to stand in strength, they fell in weakness.  NO!  The Party of Lincoln has now surrendered to the Parties of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, and Fidel Castro.  Universal Health Care has been embraced even by the Mighty Right.  Hey Lincoln, remember that letter from Karl?  Betcha the Trier Tavern Club President is feeling kind of accomplished now, Mr. Civil War Commander-In-Chief.

O, the eternal wit and persistence of the American progressive.  Down one falls, two get up.  You cling to your First and Second Amendments, they install their Second Bill of Rights.  You say Donald Trump is President and the Grand Ol' Party Congress will eliminate Obama Care, they embrace seven Republican Senators to keep socialized medicine alive.  You gotta love 'em, Mr. and Ms. American Voter.  We were told that this was a two-foot putt.  This was as easy as dropping an ice cube into a glass.  We would vote in a Radical Congress that would send an Obama Care repeal bill to the President's Desk for signature faster than you can repeat the faithful ramblings of Representative Nancy Pelosi, "We Have to Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It".  Please, no sudden moves.  You will frighten her.

We are less than forty-five (45) days away from Labor Day, the open electoral campaign season, and the unsinkable GOP can't even get a repeal plan out of Congress.  How easy must it be to say that government is too big not to fail and Obama Care is its greatest example of deficiency?  You can not embrace a rose bush without being punctured by the thorns.  Yet, the GOP is embracing the core principles of socialized medicine.  The essential tool to ruling men rather than governing them.  Six-time Socialist Party Presidential candidate, American socialist Norman Thomas, advised, "the American people would never vote for socialism. But he said under the name of liberalism, the American people would adopt every fragment of the socialist program."  This was not 2010.  This was not 1996.  This was 1927!  Thomas said to mask the intention and then, the American people will give you the result.  "One of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people has been by way of medicine. It’s very easy to disguise a medical program as a humanitarian project…Now, the American people, if you put it to them about socialized medicine and gave them a chance to choose, would unhesitatingly vote against it."  Yes, but the American legislator knows.  The US Senator, standing on the floor, knows.  Senator Susan Collins knows how detrimental socialized medicine is to an economy and rural health care outcomes.  They knew.  A full repeal was offered.  They rejected it.  The GOP senators embraced socialized medicine.

Former House Speaker John Boehner is correct.  No need to fix the video recorder.  Boehner at a Las Vegas private dinner revealed, “Now, they’re never — they’re not going to repeal and replace Obamacare."  Why would the Oracle of Ohio pessimistically prophecize this?  Let the Crier of the House continue.  Boehner struts his stuff, “It’s been around too long and the American people have gotten accustomed to it. Governors have gotten accustomed to this Medicaid expansion, and so trying to pull it back is really not going to work.”  So it can not be Sens. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn.; Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va.; Susan Collins, R-Maine; Dean Heller, R-Nev.; John McCain, R-Ariz.; Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska; and Rob Portman, R-Ohio, who joined all Democrats to defeat the repeal.  It's not the legislators.  It's you, Mr. and Ms. American Voter!

The American Voter is suffering from Electoral Dysphoria.  Yes, the American Voter is suffering from a state of dissatisfaction, anxiety, restlessness, or fidgeting.  We are dissatisfied with the impacts of Obama Care on our economy.  We are anxious about how this borg project will negatively impact our gross domestic product (GDP) and thus, increase unemployment for those that need work most.  We are restless from the endeavor of replacing local, state, and federal office holders and still the boa grip of Obama Care tightens.  We are fidgeting from the fear that we have reached the end of the line, electoral exhaustion has set in, and the Progressives shall return to install the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).  Whom did you send to declare War on the Left?  You, Mr. and Ms. American Voter, sent a valiant challenger into battle and provided no armor or rations.  Congratulations Trump!  Go Get'em Boy!  I'll send my same legislative warrior to make certain that nothing gets accomplished.  Thanks Arizona for wrestling Senator McCain from his sick bed so that he could vote against the repeal.  I know, I know, Mr. and Ms. American Voter!  Drain the Swamp but not My Guy!

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Tesla CEO Elon Musk argue over the benefits and threats of Artificial Intelligence (AI).  Zuckerburg says that AI will create family friendly robots like Rosie the Robot.  Musk believes AI will eventually create Gort from the Day the Earth Stood Still.  Our Natural Intelligence (NI) as Voters has created Champions like Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz.  Our NI has also given us Susan Collins and Shelley Moore Capito.  The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of All of This Is That in the End, the Masters are made the Slaves and the Servants have risen in rebellion to seize absolute control.  You once had a Constitution.  You now have a Congress.  Under one, you were the Master.  Under the Other, You have been made a Slave.  The last slaveholders in this Nation were Democrats and were tolerated by Republicans throughout Jim Crow.  Today, Mr. and Ms. American Voter, have we not just repeated history?  Indeed, we have.

I know, I know, Mr. and Ms. American Voter!  You did not write the "Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act of 2017".   Yes, that was Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's Team.  Boy did that get smacked back, 45 - 55, by the socialized medicine champions!  You did not vote against the "Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act of 2017".  Yes, that was Sens. Alexander, R-Tenn.; Capito, R-W.Va.; Collins, R-Maine; Heller, R-Nev.; McCain, R-Ariz.; Murkowski, R-Alaska; and  Portman, R-Ohio.  You did not kick the can down the Road by considering a "Skinny" bill.  On a bi-partisan effort, Oprah Winfrey and Marie Osmond were responsible for proposing this piece of legislation.  A "Skinny" bill is created when those you sent to Washington to do your will have chosen to their own and the will of patrons.  America, you sent the Establishment to Washington to eliminate government.  You don't need a "leak" to know that your plan will fail.  People that love BIG Government will never fight to destroy it.  They will just rename it to assuage your concerns.  Unless you make up your mind then, socialism is alive and well and we a mere two (2) generations from becoming the United Kingdom (UK).  Can you say, Charlie Gard?

Let me explain something, Mr. and Ms. American Voter.  The destabilization of the insurance marketplace began when the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was enacted by the 111th United States Congress as the federal statute and signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010.  The painful destruction of the American health care system has occurred daily since a Democrat Congress passed it and a Democrat President signed it into law.  Nuns have been asked to give condoms to clients.  Cancer patients have lost access to physicians needed for healing.  Children, at the inquiry of their pediatrician, have been asked to turn their parents into government officials by announcing that "Mommie and Daddy have a gun."  Secular bishops, pastors, and ministers have encouraged their sheep to offer themselves on the healthcare altar subject to multi-thousand dollar deductibles and extensive out-of-pocket expenses.  Adults and children are dying because of Obama Care.  They die because the politics--inside the church and outside of the church--have created a structure where the government is now God and God no longer exists.  Socialist Thomas warned the Democrats how to install statism and the guys you sent to Washington did it.  They do not want to change it.  They will not change it.  You must change them.  Repeal and replace the GOP with True Conservatives in 2018.

Mr. and Ms. American Voter, the power is in your hands.  You have a choice.  You can choose a conservative that believes that your liberties and natural rights must be protected.  Or you can keep promising to drain the swamp while returning the swamp monsters to Washington.  Grow up!  It's your guy.

Blue Dogging Texas: The More Successful the Lone Star State Is, The Greater the Risk of the GOP Losing It

If I was the Governor of America's Lone Star State, I would be flying into Midway Airport in Chicago, Illinois to Host An In-Town Meet and Greet.  I would sit down with John Kerin, Chicago Stock Exchange CEO, and Terrence A. Duffy, The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Chairman and CEO, and express the great benefits of moving to Fort Worth-Dallas, Houston or Austin.  I would invite every foreign investor, every corporate honcho, every small business owner, and every McDonald's employee that subscribed to the Nancy Pelosi Sure Fire Plan of Stirring the Economy by Raising the Minimum Wage to greet me at the Skydeck Chicago.  Why?  Merely to extend the invitation to try Texas.  The Friendship state offers everything that a reasonable tax revenue patron of the Land of Lincoln could desire.

Since the Obama generated US economic malaise, Texas has been the engine of national prosperity.  Former Governor Rick Perry and current Governor Gregory Wayne Abbott have been committed to installing "conservative, free-market fiscal policies in order to keep Texas the best state in the nation to live, work and do business".  In 2012, Texas grossed more than $264.7 billion a year in exports—more than exports of California ($161.9 billion) and New York ($81.4 billion) combined.  It is the second largest economy in the United States with over $1.6 trillion in state gross product.  The personal income tax in Texas is a whopping zero percent (0%).  The District of Columbia personal income tax rate, having been cut by the communist council, ranges from 4% for the poor to a millionaires' tax of $82,025, plus 8.95% of the excess above $1,000,000.  Texas has mastered affordable housing.  While property taxes are high, housing prices are inexpensive.  Unlike DC, Texas is a tax donor state, meaning they pay more in federal taxes than they get back.  According to the Real Estate Center of Texas A&M University, "Texas' pace of job creation continued to exceed the nation's in May 2017. Texas gained 266,600 nonagricultural jobs from May 2016 to May 2017, an annual growth rate of 2.2 percent, higher than the nation's employment growth rate of 1.6 percent. The nongovernment sector added 233,200 jobs, an annual growth rate of 2.3 percent, higher than the nation's employment growth rate of 1.8 percent in the private sector."  Texas' fiscal success is squarely built upon the shoulders of conservatism, capitalism, and constitutionalism.  The government of the consent has restrained itself in order to protect rights and increase prosperity.

Texas beware!

There are three major reasons that you should beware the sting of allowing and watching Texas go BLUE.  Firstly, in spite of your success in applying the inspirational American Way to your state's politics and economy, there are the Leftists that have ideologically royally prosecuted your pursuits of life, liberty, and happiness in the courts of political opinion.  They came peacefully to exploit your wares for personal gain lacking repentance of the undying commitment to the doctrines that made them leave their former bankrupt abodes.  Marxism wasn't why they had to leave.  It was not applied fast enough or well enough.  Like coal miners rising above ground, the unrepentant Leftists are refreshed with a new opportunity to invade, occupy, and then, conquest. Smell that fresh redistribution of wealth.  Their generals have called upon the failed cities for re-enforcements:

The armies are amassing in each of these camps.  Their populations grow: Houston up 10%, McAllen up 10%, El Paso up 5%, San Antonio up 12%, Laredo up 9 %, Dallas Up 10%, Ft. Worth up 15%, Brownsville Up 5%, and Austin up 20%.  Ah, reinforcements have arrived.  What are the newbies being taught?  We lost in Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago, and Columbus but, we will get it right in Texas.

Secondly, the Establishment has sold off the assets of Republicanism.  Robert A. Divine, T. H. Breen, et al., in American Story (2007), refer to republicanism as "more than a particular form of government. It was a way of life, a core ideology, an uncompromising commitment to liberty, and a total rejection of aristocracy."  We once believed the power in the hands of the citizenry yet, now we march to the drums of the privileged, few, ruling class of the Washington, DC Beltway.  The Left storm the Gates of Power in 2008 and spent two years scheming, plotting, and then, swindling the American people to accept socialized medicine rather than the unalienable right of keeping government at bay from our personal medical well-being.  The citizenry rebelled against the tyranny of the Left. In election after election, the cry was loud and clear: "Repeal Obama Care"!  Not until the aristocracy of K Street became involved that the American people the response to the call: "...and Replace Obama Care".  The privileged few of Washington understand that President Barack Obama delivered the Holy Grail to the Washington Power Base--Democrat and Republican.  What Establishment Icon wants to surrender the utter conquest of the Bill of Rights for the sake of you keeping your doctor, or your health plan, or your hospital?

Suddenly, the hymnal was altered and people began to sing from its pages, "Repeal and Replace, Repeal and Replace!"  Now after nearly a decade of electoral revolt, we have a Congress so inept that it neither speaks against socialism nor presents a strategy that does not install socialism lite.  Who was the enemy in this Olympic battle to throw off the chains of tyranny: the Freedom Caucus. Men and Women that you sent to Washington expecting Obama Care to disappear and free-markets to return were greeted with ire from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to Capitol Hill.  Clutch the Pearls, How dare they request the dismissal of the law that eliminated the First Bill of Rights.  Yes, these men and women demanded much:

(1) Repealing the ban on lifetime limits: Obamacare requires insurers cannot put an annual or lifetime dollar limit on spending for health care services that are not considered essential health benefits.

(2) Cutting preventive health service coverage: This would repeal the requirement for insurers to fully cover preventive services such as birth control. The requirements were put in place by Obamacare to address a gender disparity in healthcare, as women pay more than men for insurance.

(3) Repealing the essential health benefits: The essential health benefits are 10 healthcare conditions that insurance plans have to cover. They include hospitalization, maternity care and mental health or addiction treatment.

Yeah, I can see why you want to find the most "moderate" Republican to primary in the Freedom Caucus districts in 2018.  These guys are trying to mess up Washington, DC as we know.  You mean forfeit centralized governance for the sake of personal liberty.  Excuse me while I take this swallow of water while restraining from sincere laughter.

In the Belly of Beast, the Warriors on the Red Side of the aisle must have savored this moment since Virginia's Baptist Preachers forced James Madison to write the Bill of Rights in exchange for their vote in his 1788 congressional election.  Republican Sen. Pat Toomey, during a Town Hall meeting, explains how tenacious the Right has been in preparing for the Affordable Care Act's  Judgement Day.

“Look, I didn’t expect Donald Trump to win, I think most of my colleagues didn’t, so we didn’t expect to be in this situation.”

OK.  Well, they expect to work together to secure and protect our unalienable rights and certainly not surrender this great moment in American history to the Left.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC-R) admits he does not want a partisan Obamacare repeal bill. Graham said, “I hope for a bipartisan bill.”

Pro-Choice Stalwart Sen Susan Collins (ME-R) says, “I really want us to have a bipartisan bill.  I just think it will be so much better.  And we have better ideas.  So that’s my goal.  You end up with a better bill, you end up with better acceptance by the public.”

Well, if not fully prepared and knowing there are some willing to compromise our way of life then, the mighty must stand to fight the tyranny to come in word and deed.  Right?

US Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says, "If my side is unable to agree on an adequate replacement, then some kind of action with regard to the private health insurance market must occur...No action is not an alternative...We've got the insurance markets imploding all over the country, including in this state."

Texas beware!

What you thought would be protected is being offered for the gods of bipartisanship as a living sacrifice, wholly and acceptable in the sight of the ruling class.  Those sent to guard our liberties have fallen asleep and the treasure is to be had by the Left.  The Establishment came as Dewayo of the Beltway and plan to leave as the Snallygaster.  You have those Republicans that are willing to compromise your way of life for the sake of getting something done.  Anything but the right thing.

Thirdly, Conservatives have surrendered the inner cities.  I know, I know.  There are no conservatives in Urban America.  They all moved out to the suburbs with the major malls that will never close, with the low crime rates, and the boundless amounts of disposable income.  The ones that remain are more likely to side with a Socialist than with a "hardcore" right winger.  Can't go to Big Mama's House acting like President Donald Trump.  Why should we even promote a Republican candidate in the inner-city?  Sure he or she will win the primary when the other three courageous Republicans come out to vote for him.  However, it would be a waste of resources that could be better spent on conservatives at great risk in Freedom Caucus Districts.  The suburban vote is so assured that merely visiting an inner city can be seen as a necessary political public relations opportunity.  I know that your first response is  Congressman Will Hurd (Helotes) (R-TX) in te 23rd District of Texas.  Yes, he has been a proven champion in the Congress from January 3, 2015 – present.  The unfortunate thing is that Helotes is not San Antonio proper.

Texas beware!

Understanding the obstacles should make conservatives better warriors rather than occupiers of safe spaces.  Sure, we know that there are many weapons pointed back at us: the lack of on-air messengers in public media;  the civil rights miseducation of city dwellers; the acceptable standard of socialism; the lack of champions of Christianity, conservatism, capitalism, constitutionalism, and individual sovereignty; and the myths effective public policy.  We know that the more densely populated an area the more likely that its citizens, or nowadays residents, vote for the Democrat.  However, time is changing and so are people's minds.  Urban conservatives must no longer wait for others to do for them what they must do for themselves.  This is the moment to advance.  The last generation is suffering from decades of socialist policies.  The Power to the People Movement grandchildren suffers from high unemployment, a choice between paying the mortgage or the health insurance bill, exorbitant student loans that negatively impact credit files and home purchase ability, acknowledgment of genocide thanks to the high abortion rates, and "race-based" gentrification.  Democrats must be "dissatisfied, angry, and worried".  No really, in order to get a solution to their problems, they must be emotionally unstable.  They can not use reason to say that socialism and corruption did not work.  No!  They must be ready to march and blame others for the problems created by their ideological beliefs.   It is when they organize meetings that produce no real solutions that we should be there to offer the truth.

Sandra Seegars: "Meetings are great.  Will there be a solution to stop whites from moving in and blacks moving out?  I don't think so. We need to become employable, educated and employed.  Perhaps a better resume and network."

Illinois raising the personal income tax is merely the icing on a cake that was created by racism, greed, envy, and corruption under the guise of socialism.  As more and more people pile into urban centers, we must more often raise a standard against ignorance and intolerance. If we are capitalists then, we should always present an alternative product for the marketplace.  It will not always be the case in Texas that the outer borders supply the certainty of voter outcome or interest.  Listen, I pray that someday DC would have a political leader like Governor Abbott.  However, urban centers must remember what it took for Texas to become the diamond of conservatism and capitalism.  It was not always so.  Democrats once held the reigns of the Lone Star State.  It was grit, tenacity, perseverance, and the exceptional pursuit of success that brought about dominion under the Republicans.  Texas had help both foreign and domestic to build it as a bastion of strength today.  Urban America is in need of each from conservatives.

Illinois is offering a great opportunity for political and economic salvation from the likes of Frederick Douglass Republicans and governmental leaders like Governor Abbott.  To not seize this moment, we shall regret it.  Conservatives within Illinois can speak a liberation message that even the good people of Venezuela would be open to receive.  We must strike while the iron is hot and not wait for someone else to give us the heat or the iron.  Texas must bring its liberation message to Illinois to recruit businesses and persons that are willing to enjoy the features and benefits of Friendship State life.  Free Market liberation may prosper more than a business but a people as well.

Governor Abbott just may be on their way, Chicago.  For your sake, I hope so.
