The acts of tyranny against the American people are heinous and irrefutable.  Our nation has been in an exceptional economic war against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) since October 1, 1949, yet, the Media Robber Barons want you to believe that President Donald Trump exacerbated relations by seeking fair and earnest trade.  Taxpaying Americans, suffering from a retaliatory act of war by the CCP through the release of a deadly biological agent, have seen their constitutional rights smitten in lieu of the States' leaders' right to protect us from each other while they preach plausible deniability of the communist assassins.  Business leaders are divided between the essential and non-essential.  Houses of Worship have been shuttered in lieu of First Amendment Protections.  Families have been destroyed due to the collateral damage incurred by the best interests of Governors and Mayors pursuing "Do as we say not as we do" mandates.  When all is done, government rulers and bureaucrats will never face foreclosures, evictions, unemployment, suicides, and bankruptcies because they will never face the ineffective, reactionary Wuhan Flu policies that they have put upon others.  I have always said that if you wanted to end the COVID-19 pandemic policies enforced by the Democrat-Marxists then, legislate a moratorium on pay received by governmental officials and bureaucrats until the COVID-19 pandemic ends.  I assure you by week's end the poorest and miseducated children will be sitting in the once empty classrooms of America.  Problem solved.

The Democrat-Marxists have used the violence of BlackLivesMatter and Antifa to intimidate constitutional governing structures into defunding law enforcement agencies leaving those at greatest risk in the most weakened state.  The Democrat-Marxists have gone as far as to impeach the President for a perfect phone call to a Ukrainian President.  The Democrat-Marxists blamed President Trump for the biological warfare of the CCP.  The Democrat-Marxists in collusion with the Left-Wing Media Barrons hid the fraudulent business actions of Joe and Hunter Biden with the CCP, Russia, Ukraine, and other foreign interests so that they may have a better chance of winning a US Presidential Election.  The Democrat-Marxists, defenders of the Motor Voter Laws of America because voter suppression exists, proclaim that Joe Biden won the election fair and square.  Even better, there were no cases of voter suppression and no cases of voter fraud.  After over 200 years, America produced its first perfect election.  So perfect that even, according to Rasmussen, 30 percent of Democrats believe that it’s “very likely” that their own party won the election through illegitimate means.  Yes, from Russia, Russia, Russia to COVID-19 to Hunter on Crack to the 2020 Rigged Election, the Democrat-Marxists have illegitimately colluded with agents foreign and domestic to overthrow the Constitutional Federated  Republic of the United States of America.  

Who will stand against the Democrat-Marxists of America?

Certainly, the Republican Parties in Urban America will be the first to defend President Trump, Urban Republicans and Patriots, and American Citizens.  Right?

Urban Republican Parties have been virtual echo chambers of the Left-Wing Politiburro, Propagandists, and Social Media Barrons.  Oftentimes, the local and city GOPs have been louder in their silence than the Democrat-Marxists have been in terrorizing America's small businesses through intimidation via rioting, looting, murder, and Marxists COVID-19 edicts.  There are some that find immediate comfort in partisan play.  They seek not to be the opposition party for any reason.  They believe without a shadow of a doubt that is far simpler to go along to get along than to stand boldly for the Republic and its citizenry.  In fact, they are the first to proclaim that there is no proof of voter fraud when there is a preponderance of evidence in several states: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.  For a matter that requires a preponderance of the evidence, the local GOP's are the first to reiterate the Leftist's media's mantra: "there is no proof".  In fact, it is easier to identify a "Make America Great Again" Republican in a crowd of Democrat-Marxists than a Local or City GOPer.  In fact, don't confuse the interests of the Local or City GOPer with hiding.  Most are more willing to vote and support their Democrat-Marxists brethren than to be identified with their Urban Conservative Patriots, of whom they are supposed to have so much more in common.

This is the condition for which Urban Conservatives and Patriots must rally themselves.  We are not assigned merely one enemy but, we face two: Democrat-Marxists and Republicans In Name Only (RINO).  I know that millions are planning to travel to Washington, DC on January 6, 2020, to Rally for the President and to influence the Electoral College Certification.  Against the fears of the current Chief Justice John Roberts of BlackLivesMatter and Antifa rioting in the land, if real justice is done on Election Fraud, we all hope that Vice-President Mike Pence confounds the Global elite and accept the contesting electors sent by the state legislatures.  I am a huge supporter and hope that Trump serves out his second term in 2021.  However, while the millions pour into the Marxist fortress of Washington, DC, the assembled conservatives and patriots must be charged with the responsibility of overthrowing their Local or City GOP.

Why?

Americans need an opposition party.  The Local and City GOP's are merely country clubs often missing members, lacking scheduled meetings, and offering spineless retorts to the communistic pursuits of the Democrat-Marxists.  For instance, the District of Columbia Republican Committee (DCRC) is one of the most feckless republican parties in the country.  As of January 7, 2019, there are 30,001 registered voters affiliated with the DCRC, which is 6.15% of all registered DC voters.  Yet, only 69 members will hold the power to decide the DC Party's leadership on January 14, 2021.  All District of Columbia voters registered as Republican are considered members of the District of Columbia Republican Party.  However, their membership is considered unimportant by Committee tyrants to choosing leadership.  The DCRC prefers not to choose a leadership that supports the President of the United States rather choosing one that awaits Inauguration Zoom Invites from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.  

When Mayor Muriel Bowser threw former Chief of Police Peter Newsham under the bus in pursuit of approval from Leftists seeking to eliminate fathers from American households, where was the DCRC?  Nowhere near were they.  Apparently, laryngitis held their voices still.  When the President stood in front of St. John's Church after ending an insurrection indulged by Mayor Bowser, where was the DC GOP?  Nowhere near were they.  In fact, they waited four days to give a formal press response.  I believe TECNTV.com's Suzzanne Monk of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Talk, made a most accurate assessment:

"No WONDER the GOP struggles here.  Way to take a stance, DC GOP... On day 4 of rioting, you FINALLY "call on the mayor". And in the SAME BREATH bow in homage to her ridiculous and now obviously pointless COVID19 shutdown directives.  These tools are fools.  I am not "calling on" Mayor Bowser to do anything but RESIGN. I call her OUT on her BS, while the DC GOP kisses her ring AND her ass.  Sad. Clearly, we need to take over the DC GOP and get rid of all the Democrats in the group."

Unfortunately, the DC GOP, like most Local or City GOP's, is DOA on any important governing matter.  They are certainly absent when needed most in opposition to the Marxists that have created one-party rule.  When Democrat-Marxist City Councilmember Charles Allen proposed releasing 500 murderers and rapists onto the streets of DC, antagonizing victims and their families, where was the DC GOP?  Nowhere near were they.  The only DC GOP Member with the courage to speak against the Democrat-Marxists and RINOs was Ward 8 GOP Chair Mindi Walker.  What was her reward?  Condemnation from the "Hard Core" DC GOP Members who consider themselves social media warriors.  

"How dare she speak out?"  

"Who is Mindi Walker?"

While America's conservatives and patriots ready to celebrate one of the Nation's best historical figures, I believe that it is just as important for MAGA members to answer the call in their State's urban centers in January 2021.  Make certain that you vote to take back your GOP.  This is not your "surrender" party committed to appeasing the Democrat-Marxists.  This is the "conquer" party committed to finishing what President Trump started when he came down the Trump Tower escalator.  Whatever comes after January 6, we must agree.  President Trump can not do it alone.  We must send as many challengers as possible to turn Urban America around.  You are not alone and no longer need to be represented by those committed to worshipping at the altar of Leftism.  We are a Republic if we can keep it.  We are a Grand Ol' Party if we give the Leftists within us their eviction papers and applications to join the Party that they are most comfortable within.  

Many of you will disavow this writing as desperate utterances and some even an encouragement to participate in the impossible.  However, after watching the Republican Party post-Rigged Election, do you believe anything will change after Trump.  If so, then, you do not understand why you have been brought this far.  The challenge is not to maintain the status quo but to Make America Great Again.  It is an enduring journey that will allow no pause.  As you March on Washington, I encourage you to do two things.  One, do not spend a dime in Washington, DC.  Do not sustain the Marxist regime east of Beijing.  When you support Mayor Muriel Bowser then, you support the communists that suckle too greatly at the tit of the US Treasury.  Secondly, remember the words of DC's First Republican, Frederick Douglass, as we do battle with our enemies both foreign and domestic:

“If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. HUD Housing Counseling Crisis: Overcoming the Soft Bigotry of Low Expectations

The Question that Some Should Ask Is "Why Do Democrat-Marxists Fight So Hard to Keep Uncertified, Uncredentialed "Housing Counselors" In Urban Centers to Provide Financial Counseling to Those Attempting to Purchase Their First Home or Even to Keep It in the Worst of Economic Times Brought On By the Response of Local and State Governments to the COVID 19 Pandemic?  The US Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Housing Counseling program provides counseling to consumers on seeking, financing, maintaining, renting, or owning a home. The program also addresses homelessness through counseling and assists homeowners in need of foreclosure assistance. Counseling is provided by HUD-approved housing counseling agencies.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) found that the starter median home price in U.S. metro areas was $233,400 in the first quarter of 2020.  If you have a down payment of 20%, you’ll have to come up with $46,680. If you put down 10%, you’ll need $23,340 and a 3% down payment is $7,002.  Many first-time homebuyers face challenges to their first purchase including down payment deficiencies, credit reporting issues, and employment history.  For such a significant investment, many first-time homebuyers have limited access to crucial information that will help successfully guide them in overcoming these challenges.  Many can not afford the luxury of counsel from variant advisers in the real estate and financial services industries.  Hence, they turn to housing counseling agencies to provide essential guidance.  The agencies' funding is tied to equipping challenged individuals to successfully becoming homeowners. 

State and local governments, like the District of Columbia (DC) Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP), requires low to moderate-income persons and government employees to use state-approved housing counseling agencies in order to ascertain down payment and closing cost assistance for the purchase of single-family homes, condominiums or cooperative units in the District.  The DC HPAP program provides up to $84,000 of down payment assistance and closing cost support.  In order to get the financial support, homebuyers must attend an 8-hour orientation class with a housing counseling agency, or community-based organization, and then, complete all realty and financial preparation actions, which could take months, with a housing counselor.  The ordeal is intensive but, the journey is rewarding.

HUD-approved Housing Counseling has been helping consumers across America make informed housing decisions for more than 50 years.  A governmental leader that cares to ensure the best available taxpayer-supported realty, insurance and financial counseling to low and moderate-income persons and state and local government employees would require such front-line workers to be expressly trained and regulated to perform at the highest levels of performance.  The American Dream is what is at stake even if you are a Democrat-Marxist that does not believe in the rewarding principle of private property ownership for the individual.  You campaigned on the idea that homeownership and education were the chief ways of getting people out of poverty and into the middle class.  Would you not want the promise of the American Dream to come to pass so that the "rich would not get richer and the poor get poorer"?   Adam Barrone wrote, "The American Dream is the belief that anyone, regardless of where they were born or what class they were born into, can attain their own version of success in a society where upward mobility is possible for everyone. The American Dream is achieved through sacrifice, risk-taking, and hard work, rather than by chance."  Certainly, a Governor or Mayor would want the best trained and most credentialed persons serving the needs of those that have been "oppressed" in this capitalist society and "disenfranchised" in the modern free market.  Right? 

On December 14, 2016, HUD published a Final Rule in the Federal Register entitled Housing Counseling: New Certification Requirements. This rule implements statutory requirements that housing counseling required under or provided in connection with all HUD programs will be provided by "HUD certified housing counselors". With the new certification requirements, the benefits to the renter, the prospective homebuyer, or the existing homeowner are increased assurance of a more knowledgeable housing counselor providing more effective housing counseling services. HUD expects that more knowledgeable housing counselors will lead to better identification of housing issues, more knowledgeable referrals and resolution of barriers, and a greater ability to avoid scams.

Yes, It Has Been Four (4) Years Since This Requirement Was Put on the Books and Many of the Current Counselors Have Been Unable to Pass the Exam.  On 29 April 2018, I passed the HUD Housing Counselors Certification Examination - Online.  While I am not active in the Housing counseling industry, although I would love my non-profit Open Heart Close Case to become a HUD Certified Counseling Agency, outside of it, I am more qualified to provide services to those in greatest need than those that have been active and practicing as "uncredentialed and uncertified" housing counselors since the rule was put in place.  Over two years have passed since my exam success and the federally, state, and local funded housing counseling agencies are still employing uncertified counselors to provide, credit counseling, money management, and home preservation skills training to those in greatest need.  

Let's put it another way.  

In order for your stockbroker to provide financial consult, he must have a Series Seven (7) License.  In order for your Insurance Agent to consult with you on preparing for a life or death calamity that will result in financial loss then, they must pass the State Life and Health Exam.  In order for a Real Estate Broker to buy and sell homes on your behalf then, they must pass the State Real Estate Exam.  In order for a mortgage loan officer to originate a home purchase loan, he or she must comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) established requirements for the licensing and/or registration of all Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs).  All of these federal, state, and locally regulated entities involved in the home purchase process require certifications of agents and officers.  

HUD says in order to become a "HUD Certified Housing Counselor", a counselor must meet the following two eligibility requirements: 1) pass the HUD Housing Counselor Certification written examination and 2) work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program.  Without certifications, HUD says that counselors have saved over 200,000 homes from foreclosure, help over 1.1 million families create budgets, and helped over 1.1 million individuals and families receive counseling.  Imagine how much more could be done with credentialed staff.  For many housing counseling agencies or community-based organizations, the role of housing counselor is more that of a social worker with data entry skills than a certified financial advisor essential to individual wealth accumulation and preservation responsible for protecting the taxpayer's resources and employing industry standards to promote economic growth and development for the Nation.  In this Indeed employment opportunity submitted by a DC-based housing counseling agency, nowhere is it stated that "HUD certification" would be required either initially or within a certain time period.  

Beyond the fact that they would be responsible for working from 9 AM to 5 AM Monday through Friday, there does not appear a serious concern that HUD will actually proceed with certifying the industry.  By the way, good luck finding that employee for $45,000 per year.  Talk about attention to detail in an industry that lives and dies by it!  In Urban America today, thanks to Sen. Kamala Harris and her ilk, in order to be a "modern progressive" Housing Counselor providing advice and counsel to persons, most often impoverished, in real estate planning, financial counseling, life and retirement planning, and more, you must know somebody, preferably family, at the local non-profit and show up for work.  

That's It!

Yes, "the least, the last, and the lost" are placing their American Dreams in the hands of individuals that may know less than they about establishing budgets, setting asset accumulation goals, and developing legal constructs to ascertain and preserve real estate ownership.  Let me make this abundantly clear, you don't need "papers"--certifications--or education to provide "housing counselor" services in Urban America.  Yes, Little Larry, from across the street, with all of the financial acumen of a liberal arts Shakesperian theatre major, may sit with you and review your credit report to determine home purchase viability.  

Buying a home is one of the most expensive and challenging decisions that individuals will make in all of their lifetimes.  The ramifications of any process error can be devastating to their financial futures and their cultural aspirations.  However, you are asking such "paper-pushing", social working devotees to provide intimate and extravagant financial counsel to those that they politically consider the most oppressed and ignorant in the capitalist system of America.  This may be a reason that the poor get poorer but you won't hear that from the agencies that are more concerned with losing federal, state, and local funding.  It's not about the person in need during this horrible time.  It's about the "well funded" agencies keeping the funding stream alive through these perilous times.  The system has spoken and the individual will have to wait because the corporate provider of services to the poor is needier.  It's a better mobilized and influential lobby of poverty organizations versus the American taxpayer and first-time homebuyer.  The Haves Won and the Have-Nots Lost!

Think me harsh?!  Then, let's take a look at the National Housing Resource Center's Press Release.  

Press Release: HUD Secretary Ben Carson Extends Critical Deadline for Housing Counseling Organizations at Risk of Losing Funding

On July 31, 2020, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published its Interim Final Rule on its website to announce a delay in the deadline for housing counselors to become HUD certified. The pause is meant to ensure that vital housing counseling services remain available to the nation’s homebuyers and renters, particularly those who need housing and mortgage assistance to recover financially from the effects of the COVID-19 emergency. The Interim Final Rule will be subsequently published for comment in the Federal Register.

This effort was led by many advocates and stakeholders, including Senator Tina Smith. U.S. Senator Tina Smith (D-Minn.) says that Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Ben Carson heeded her call to extend the August 1, 2020 deadline for housing counselor certification for HUD’s Housing Counseling Assistance Program by at least one year. Smith led a group of Senators in pressing Secretary Carson for this extension so that counseling agencies can continue to get members of their organization certified. Many agencies would have been unable to complete this process before August 1 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and, therefore, "risked" losing HUD funding.

The Democrat-Marxist Senator persuaded HUD Secretary Ben Carson to extend the deadline one more year.  Why?  Many "well-heeled" poverty organizations serving low to moderate-income American Dreamers have been unsuccessful in getting their personnel certified.  Let me get this straight.  They had four (4) years to pass the examination.  They spent federal, state, and local monies on training their personnel to provide the services in which they would be examined.  In spite of the personnel funding and time given to pass their examinations for certification, they need an extension.  Let me get this straight.  The COVID pandemic hit America in August 2016, right Dr. Fauci, and so, as a result of the response, we need a one (1) year extension.   

For those following along at home, it was not until March 2020 that states and localities began to lockdown as a response to the outbreak of COVID 19 in the United States.  It was August 2016 that HUD enacted the certification requirement with a deadline of August 2020 for housing counseling agencies, community-based organizations, and housing counselors to achieve certification.  Yeah, it was definitely COVID 19 that did it.

And why do you really need the extension?

We might--er, will--lose our funding.

President Donald J. Trump is attempting a variety of ways to stop the evictions of tenants and protect the American Dream during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Over the course of the pandemic, President Trump has made providing assistance to Americans facing financial hardship a top priority.  HUD is providing housing counseling services and has published resources and guidance to help tenants, landlords, and lenders, including a toolkit to help landlords and public housing authorities work with their tenants during this time.  The hope is that American political leadership is committed to the well-being of every American constitutionally during this incredulous time of disease, fear, and anxious response.  This requires them not to accept the "soft bigotry of low expectations" but, to call upon all to preserve the American Dream for any and all including "the least, the last, and the lost".

Historian James Truslow Adams, in his 1931 book "Epic of America", described the American Dream as "that dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement".  Adams also wrote, "One should teach us how to make a living and the other how to live."  It seems fitting for this time that the modern housing counselor bear with great grit the brunt of this labor and excel in this their hour of greatest need.  In Fiscal Year 2018, the District made over 360 down payment assistance loans through HPAP and over 140 down payment assistance loans through Employee Assistance Housing Program (EAHP).  Now, the labor of love will be securing the American Dream for each of the 500 homeowners beyond the pandemic threat.

As we focus, we must make a commitment to those facing the greatest hardship.  The commitment is that we provide the best and the brightest to aide every American in recovering from the financial duress incurred by the public safety responses of state and local governments.  These often tyrannical edicts that created a world of essential and non-essential work.  In that world, many families tetter on the border of "safe at home" and homelessness.  These families do not need a social worker's approach to muster the financial storms of life.  They need individuals that are willing to educate them in the best ways to stay afloat financially, deal with creditors, and to save their homes.   Those called to this immaculate duty must not shirk the vital responsibilities of service.  We must commit all advocates and stakeholders to get their housing counselors HUD certified now!  

American lives and dreams are depending on it.

For Beads and Trinkets, Houses of Worship Trade Away Their Possessions, Out of Fear, to the Left

Using the Coronavirus as a Public Safety Threat, The Leftists Have Executed the Perfect Trade Embargo Against Houses of Worship in the United States.

The Left Are Pre-disposed to Fighting Against Religious Freedom and the Protected Liberty of Religious Expression. New York Times “Beliefs” columnist Mark Oppenheimer wrote a piece headlined “Now’s the Time To End Tax Exemptions for Religious Institutions" in which he stated, "The Supreme Court's ruling on gay marriage makes it clearer than ever that the government shouldn't be subsidizing religion and non-profits.”

The Left's Religion Is Its Political Ideology. They consider the tax-exempt status of Houses of Worship to be an unjustified mechanism that weakens their ability to fully redistribute wealth through their political means. Houses of Worship occupy land without property tax and that reduces the financial support that must be availed to America's indoctrination centers--public schools. As such placing an unconstitutional embargo, a legal prohibition on commerce, against churches during this quarantine has left many ecumenical institutions in unimaginable financial duress. Which is why many Leftist Governmental leaders are offering the bribe of state public safety funds for the permission of spying upon the general populations under the pretense of "contact tracing". So strapped for cash, many Houses of Worship were scrambling to compete against major corporations for a slice of the Paycheck Protection Program monies. The government-backed loans of up to $10 million were available to cover expenses such as payroll, mortgage payments, rent, and utilities for up to two months. Let's just say that most Houses of Worship did not fare well in obtaining even the crumbs from the bailout table. As a result, with an incredible reduction in revenue from tithes, offerings, and corporate giving, many Houses of Worship are or soon will be on the block for purchase. Just as desired by the Left.

Yeah, your brilliant Ph.D. religious leader led you in a spirit of fear and the bank is about to lead you out in a spirit of love, power, and a sound mind. Empress Bowser and DC Distance Learning: To Each According to His Contribution Except Parents

The DC Mayor, Empress Muriel Bowser, is hosting a new game show, "Numbers Roulette".  It is a gambling game revolving around the hysterical Wuhan Virus response of the host and audience--the City Council--in which the players--most often than not, government agency heads and lobbyists, bet on which slot of a rotating disk a small ball will come to rest in.  It is quite exciting as the contestants, on edge, watch the ball roll pass each noted financial obstacle.  This ball bounced off the small businesses are closed slot.  Then, it bounced off the book stores are now opened but, not libraries slot.  Wait a minute, it's headed towards an "unprecedented" [see, I used an Obama word] unemployment slot.  No, No, it's slowing down to depleted surpluses slot.  Oooooh, where will it land?  Wow!  The Train to Nowhere Wins Again!  

Look what you have won by coming into one of the only casinoes left open in the region, $113M for the DC Streetcar, including extending the line to the Benning Road Metro Station.  Yep, MGM Grand has nothing on the Government Budget Casino.  The Train to Nowhere is so much more important than funding parents that are, now by Wuhan Virus Edict, required to "Home School" their children whether they are employed full and/or part-time.  It seems that those subscribers of a little German journalist's economic theorem that holds "the working class is exploited under capitalism" have found the absolute best means of exploiting the educational labor pool by paying the well-connected teachers and administrators while enslaving the proletariat parent.  What a rush!  Do you want to play again?

What are you saying, Ken?  No price can be paid for putting the health of teachers and students at risk during a pandemic.  While that is true, education is invaluable and must be continued.  Parents must sacrifice their time, their talent, and, ultimately, there resources to ensure, within our education utopia, that children learn and that teachers teach.  You are not very compassionate--a subject of tyranny in need of reeducation.  You must want to kill people in nursing homes by encouraging teachers and students to show-up at a central location daily where they will not be in direct contact with the elderly.  You must want children wandering the halls of the Big Box Stores during the day to be put at risk in America's classrooms where "older people and those with underlying health problems are most vulnerable to Covid-19".  If we could save but one life...

Yeah, I know, I know.  I will register you for the next protest outside of the Planned Parenthood Headquarters in New York City when they lower the fences that keep people off of the Beaches liken unto the Wall built by that German journalists' progeny to keep people in the Totalitarian State.  Although very few children have died from or contracted COVID 19, "health experts" have warned state, county, and local executives, legislatures, and educational administrations that the greatest threat to mankind is not an adult with the Wuhan Flu but, a child that does not have it.  Business Insider reported, "A low case count among kids is a good thing, according to health experts, because children are less likely to wash their hands, cover their mouths, and refrain from touching others — behaviors that can spread germs."  By the way BI, the Wuhan Flu is a virus, not a germ.  Yes, Ms. Maples, your children are deemed enemy number one by the state yet, they can not cease receiving pay for educating them while you are held responsible for their "distance learning".  

I am wondering.  If my plumber fixed my sink by "distance learning" and I did all of the work then, why would I pay him or her?  If my electrician fixed my main electrical panel via "distance learning" then, would I pay him and, as well, when will I get out of the intensive care unit (ICU)?  As noble an idea, education is not a gift of the state but, a service granted all that qualify and is paid for by property taxpayers.  DC CFO Jeffrey S. DeWitt reported to the City on April 24, 2020: "The collections rates for real property tax payments due at the end of March 2020 were as expected and do not reflect any impact from the recession."  Now, you know why the District's Empress, even during a global pandemic, would not offer a property tax holiday.  If she did then, how would the state pay the educational administrations that consider your child "public health enemy number one"?  She couldn't.  To keep her interests and those of her Casino guests to heart, the Empress won't.

While others, especially workers and businesses, make sacrifices, we are left with the fatal flaw of state-sponsored education.  The government creates no revenue.  It must by force or threat secure itself.  It's security or entitlement, depending on how you observe the totality of control, is based upon the ability of government to tax and spend with the powers of enforcement.  Using force or threat, the public school system has passed on the duties and responsibilities of its vital supply, the teaching service, unto a previously unwelcomed, low-skilled, non-certified workforce without stipulation of compensation, parents.  Indeed, the state tyrants have justified this lack of compensation and choice as an effective effort to complete their own regulated duties and responsibilities under the duress of the pandemic. What would the Free Dictionary call this?

What political party is in control of DC?  Hmmm, it looks like it has found its 1860 soul.  Hmmmmm?

How does this pathway open?  How do persons become enslaved to the state during a pandemic?  People are confused with terms during the expression of the state's good intentions for society's best interests.  State-sponsored distance learning is confused as a patriotic response to society's overall health concerns.  Free choice education in a home environment via both online curriculum and state-certified in-person testing is homeschooling.  There is a difference of tremendous magnitude.  The former accept their stations in life seeking to both appease and assist the strong-arm tactics of the state which is attempting to maintain its core economic viability without redistributing any of its accumulated wealth.  The latter pursued its stations of life and willingly sacrificed to make certain that their child or children excellently performed in the best learning environment which was not restricted daily by the state.  Such a choice yielded great personal rewards for the student and parent-teacher in the independent homeschooling platform.  While the uncompensated distance learning required by the boot of state yielded strife and utter frustration for the student, the parent, and the teacher.  The confusion calls into question the intent of the bourgeoise leaders of DC's public education system.  No matter how Empress Bowser dresses this pig, state-sponsored distance learning is not free state homeschooling.

Can you imagine how horrified your child will be when they have to call home because he or she was suspended for playing Patty Cake or Miss Mary Mack?  Can you imagine double dutch jump roping done at 6-foot intervals?  Why are parents so confused that they are willing to send their children with masks upon their faces, gloves upon their hands to classrooms where teachers punish them for physically socializing?  They are led to believe that by making normal abnormal then, you are actually saving lives.  When in truth, our economies and educational systems were ravaged not by the Wuhan Virus but, by the hysterical, unconstitutional state-controlled responses.  The top-down actions of the state led to millions of Americans losing their jobs and small businesses shuttering eternally.  US Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin testified in a virtual U.S. Senate hearing and warned that a continued shutdown could lead to permanent economic damage.  The Motley Fool's Maurie Backman wrote, "An estimated 39% of workers with a household income under $40,000 lost their jobs in the wake of COVID-19. Among households with an income between $40,000 and $100,000, that figure drops significantly to 19%. And among those with an income above $100,000, only 13% of workers lost jobs."  That permanent damage will most negatively impact those with the lowest incomes. 

Not only an economic hit but life and death hit.  The Wuhan Virus death toll in DC's poorest neighborhoods was higher than most other areas of the City.  Ward 8 leads the City in Wuhan Virus deaths with 87 (21%) and Ward 7 is fourth at 57 (14%).  The District reported the following Coronavirus Data for May 19, 2020:

Total Lives Lost: 407

Total Recovered: 1,059

While these are all reprehensible numbers, they are nowhere near the numbers estimated by Empress Bowser.  In April 2020, Mayor Bowser estimated that over 1,000 could die from the coronavirus outbreak based on the CHIME (COVID-19 Hospital Impact Model for Epidemics).  The models showed the virus peaking at the end of June and the beginning of July.  The CHIME was a more intensive estimator of the Wuhan Flu impact than the Imperial College model that estimated "up to 2.2 million deaths and maybe even beyond that."  The Great Numbers Wizard of the CDC Anthony Fauci said, "They always overshoot. Generally, the reality is somewhere in the middle."  However, this was not the case for Empress Bowser and the Hockey Stick Science Priests and Medical Partisans.  This was a matter that required the total control of the government and the total submission of the electors and citizens.  

The numbers don't lie or do they?  The Fantasy Numbers never matched the Reality Numbers but, damn the costs!  Compared to expectations in February 2020, DC officials project that the District will bring in $722 million less in revenue by the end of the 2020 fiscal year (FY), according to the CFO DeWitt."  The CFO doesn’t expect revenues to return to FY 2019 levels until FY 2022, meaning it will take two years for DC revenues to bounce back to pre-pandemic levels, assuming that the economy will gradually re-open beginning in fall 2020.  He doesn’t expect a return to “normal” before spring 2021.  The CFO projected that the City will lose $1.495 billion through the end of FY 2021 due to COVID-19 response which is more than the $1.43 billion in reserves before the pandemic hit.  Still, the Empress watches the City burn through cash.  We must wait until the Fantasy becomes Real.  No worries low-income, possibly permanently unemployed East of the River citizen, the Leftists at the DC Fiscal Policy Institute (DCFPI) have the answers to your ills.  DCFPI commands, "Lawmakers should consider drawing down a sizable portion of the reserves to stave off deep budget cuts and to meet immediate needs, such as cash aid to DC residents who are undocumented and excluded from many federal and state relief efforts."  Yes, my broke, busted fellow citizen, your needs are always Number 2.  What we do in tyranny is for the good.  It's all for your good.

Contemplating that the poorest amongst us have been whipsawed back and forth in their newfound faith in state control of their lives their liberties and their livelihood, we must ask ourselves what sustains us.  One moment, you must buy a ton of Clorox to clean every surface in a building and the next, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updates its guidelines to stress that the coronavirus "does not spread easily" on contaminated surfaces.  How can you remain a faithful subject of the state when the CDC says to wear gloves out of one side of its mouth but, out of the other, "Experts say wearing gloves while grocery shopping probably won’t lower your risk of contracting the virus that causes COVID-19?"  One moment, your mask is more important than Michael Jackson's glove because the CDC has recommended that even seemingly healthy people should wear masks over their mouths and noses when venturing out of their homes.  The next moment, the experts say that "masks might help keep people with COVID-19 from unknowingly passing along the virus. But the evidence for the efficacy of surgical or homemade masks is limited, and masks aren't the most important protections against the coronavirus."  How can my god of Hockey Stick Science be so doubled minded in doctrine and yet, so single-mindedly strict in ceremonial discipline?  How shall we praise the one that keeps us so poor and broken?  It is not easy to follow those that have convinced you to live in fear.  It is indeed when those tyrants train you to combat those that proselytize you to live in power, love, and sound mind.

You see the writing on the wall, my poor state subject.  Empress Bowser expects you to be grateful for the station in life wrought upon you by the state's oppressive protection of those in greatest harm: healthy people. Look what magic trick performance saved you.  O by the mask and glove I wear, I walk in faith.  I suggest that you do so with open eyes.  In the midst of freezing the pay of DC workers for 4 years, the Empress was able to find monies for teachers and administrators with a 3% increase to the uniform per-student funding formula (UPSFF) for a total of $1.92B to serve an estimated 98,315 DC public traditional and charter school students.  When I checked, none of that money was to be paid to you directly for "distance learning" your children. Nor do they plan such a right of passage to the one that truly must ensure the educational viability of your children.  You are now the teacher and your dining room table is the classroom.  At the end of the day, what is your labor worth?  I suppose the Marxists across from Freedom Plaza have calculated it as the understood sum of zero.  Yet, they found $53M for tree planting and urban forestry efforts to protect and expand the District’s tree canopy.  It's amazing the money that you will find when the labor is free somewhere else.

Don't allow the State to erase the 14th Amendment for your own good.  I suggest you consider anything but, slave labor to improve the educational outcomes of your family and the City.  It's just a suggestion.

The Mirror Test: Five Reasons Why the Radicalized Left Fail In Accusing President Trump of Racism

President Donald John Trump returned from the 4th Annual World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos Klosters, Switzerland.  The event boasts itself to be the "foremost creative force for engaging the world's top leaders in collaborative activities to shape the global, regional and industry agendas at the beginning of each year."  Amongst the mighty men and women of capital, access, and influence, he stands head and shoulders above all promoting the principles of capitalism, warning against Enviro-Marxism and proclaiming the United States' economy as the greatest in the world.  Even as his opponents in Washington, DC slandered him with the circus of impeachment, he steadfastly basks in the significance of our Nation's achievements in his first three (3) years announcing that our Nation shall co-host with Canada and Mexico World Cup Soccer in 2026.  What plans did he have upon his return?  President Trump made pro-life history appearing in-person to speak at the annual March for Life in Washington, DC, the most hallow event in the pro-life movement.  An incredible world leader, Trump stands upon a world stage and defies his enemies with vibrancy and unrivaled effectual order.  Standing firm for liberty and freedom, he regales the finest qualities of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, encouraging protestors in Hong Kong and Tehran to unshackle themselves from their oppressors and declare their independence.  Trump and our Nation stand victorious.

The success of President Trump and our Nation in "Keeping America Great" has drawn the ires of the Radicalized Left that vehemently opposes American prosperity, patriotism, military supremacy, and the sanctity of life.  Their opposition is founded on the premise that President Trump is a "racist".  Certainly, "the color of one's skin" controls the appropriate pursuit of success in America.  To the Millenial Civil Rights / Social Justice Warriors, no matter how well America does, racism prevails.  However, it is no longer as simple as the "old white man" is holding us "black folks" down.  That is so President Lyndon Baines Johnson-ish.  It has become a radicalized acceptance that Americans promoting the Constitutionally Federated Republic are oppressing the New Democracy and only a revolution will suffice in defeating the oppressors in power.  Yes, ladies and gentlemen, racism is just not the same any more.

Racism was once a Democrat-Socialists' way of life.  In 1820, Democrats supported and passed the Missouri Compromise to protect slavery.  In 1854, the Democrats voted to expand slavery with the Kansas Nebraska Act.  By the mid-1860s, during the post Civil War era, the Republican Party’s alliance with blacks had caused a considerable strain on the Democrats’ struggle for electoral significance.  Seeking to increase voter registration, the Democratic Party in 1866 developed a new pseudo-secret political action group whose sole purpose was to help gain control of the electorate.  The new political action committee was known simply by their initials, KKK (Ku Klux Klan) as reported in the 1872 Report of the Joint Select Committee to Inquire Into the Condition of Affairs in the Late Insurrectionary States.  According to the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, between 1882 and 1964, an estimated 3,446 blacks and 1,279 whites were lynched at the hands of the Klan.  If we could just save one life then, we would not register people as Democrat-Socialists.

It was white Republicans who financed, funded and sponsored the colleges and universities for African Americans in the 1800s and early 1900s, while Democrats, with brutal force, opposed every effort made by Republicans to educate African Americans.  On February 28, 2017, President Trump signed an Executive Order announcing the President’s Board of Advisors on HBCUs   In addition to creating the White House Initiative on HBCUs and the President’s Board of Advisors on HBCUs, the Executive Order created an Interagency Working Group to advance and coordinate the work regarding HBCUs.  President Trump announced Johnny Taylor, Jr., the former seven-year President of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, as the Chairman of the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.  We have had two "Black" Presidents--William Jefferson Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama--and none have done as much as Republicans for the HBCUs.  However, the Millenial Civil Rights / Social Justice Warriors will never convey that truth to their kindred campus radical revolutionaries.

From 1933 to present, Democratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt said "Hell No!" to “Negroes.”  FDR excluded blacks from the New Deal.  The National Industrial Recovery Act, passed in June 1933, authorized the president to issue executive orders establishing some 700 industrial cartels, which restricted output and forced wages and prices above market levels. The minimum wage regulations made it illegal for employers to hire people who weren’t worth the minimum because they lacked skills. As a result, some 500,000 blacks, particularly in the South, were estimated to have lost their jobs.  The Agricultural Adjustment Act (1933) aimed to help farmers by cutting farm production and forcing food prices to rise. Less production meant less work for thousands of poor black sharecroppers. In addition, blacks were among the 100 million consumers forced to pay higher food prices.  The Wagner Act (1935) harmed blacks by making labor union monopolies legal.  By giving labor unions the monopoly power to exclusively represent employees in a workplace, the Wagner Act had the effect of excluding blacks, since the dominant unions discriminated against blacks.  Booker T. Washington, W.E.B. DuBois, and Marcus Garvey were all critical of compulsory unionism.  Democrat President FDR opposed integration of the armed forces.  Jim Powell, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, wrote, "If FDR’s New Deal policies weren’t conceived with racist intent, they certainly had racist consequences."

Under the old pedigree, we were told to accept that racism was a "melanin" thing.  Racism was always defined and understood as "a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others."  That's what your Silent Generation and Baby Boomers would profess to you if you visited them in Naples, Florida at the Retirement Villa.  However, racism was always an opportunity to recruit marginalized persons to accept an anti-Republic ideology that would further cripple their positions in society in exchange that a global elite would have absolute rule over them eternally.  For the sake of the race, surrender your natural rights, as protected by Republicans, and allow Democrat-Socialist to guarantee your human rights--those that are allowed--that it would be good while they rule you.

“In this Convention the term ‘racial discrimination’ shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life.”

Forged in the embers that align the color of one's skin to the political party for which one is born--Democrat-Socialists, the Radicalized Left spent the President Barack Hussein Obama years indoctrinating iGen / Gen Z and Gen Alpha generations to believe the New World Order definition of racism.  Pay close attention before you hit that speed bump upon your urban street!  The emphasis is on human rights not the color of skin.  Those human rights that are listed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Yes, by golly, those rights are defined by the "States", not your individual natural rights, which are defined by God.

The Marxists infiltrated the American Civil Rights Movement and corrupted the true battle for equality in the United States replacing it with an agenda to overthrow the Republic and install totalitarian governance.  It was never about racial equality but using a useful electorate to gain power, access, and influence.  The coup messengers had been working to wrestle freedom and liberty from Blacks since the Civil War.  Thomas Woodrow Wilson was the 28th President of the United States and the first Socialist Commander-In-Chief.  Wilson ushered in the modern view of the Constitution as a “living document”.  In Socialism and Democracy (1887), Wilson asserts that there is no essential difference in principle between socialism and democracy.  He advised that both rest on the absolute right of the community to determine its own destiny and that of its members. In it, he claims that both assert that “ … men as communities are supreme over men as individuals.”  It was Wilson that submitted the League of Nations Treaty to a Republican-controlled Senate that rejected it.  The primary reason for the rejection was due to its infamous Article X, which would have allowed the League, the precursor to the United Nations, to send the U.S. into war without the approval of the U.S. government. Our Nation was literally one body of government from One World Order on steroids.  The irony is that Wilson had in 1913 overseen the decoupling of states' rights regarding direct appointment to the US Senate when Amendment XVII (Popular Election of Senators) was enacted.  The final frontier for the Democrat-Socialists is to eradicate the Electoral College. According to Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, each state legislature determines the manner by which its state's electors are chosen.  What difference does it make?  The electoral vote makes us a federally constitutional Republic.  The direct vote would make us a populist democracy.  One maintains our natural rights and the pursuits of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  The other opens the door to us becoming a third world utopia where the Marxist reign and the choices are socialism or communism, certainly not freedom and liberty.

Racism today is not about the color of one's skin but the ideological agenda of the modern progressive revolutionary.  Effectively and responsibly segregating Blacks from the Radicalized Marxist Movement requires us to demand that Americans raise a Mirror.  The purposes are twofold: (1) Illuminating and liberating Blacks and (2) Excising False Guilt Amongst the Races in all political discourse.  There are five reasons for the Left's failure of effectively attaching the accusation of racist to the 45th President of the United States of America.

I am amazed when Socialist-Democrats find a mirror every once in a while to relinquish the pains within their consciousness by expressing, in exasperation, political equivalency.  "Trump Is Corrupt [Unproven] and the Democrats Are Corrupt [Proven]; so there is no difference.  Yet, there are multiple differences between the parties."  You know the differences: capitalism vs socialism; personhood vs abortion; low taxes vs. high taxes; the natural right of self-defense vs the governmental right to restrict your natural right of self-defense; deregulating business vs governmental ownership of businesses; free speech vs censorship; economic liberty vs social security; a strong military vs a weak military; legal immigration vs illegal migration; free trade vs global dependency; etc.  Using the excuse that they are all alike--the same thing that women at the salon say about men--isn't true and or valid in protecting your self-interests or the Nation.  There is a huge difference between Republicans and Socialist-Democrats, although tribalism and identity politics will tell you otherwise.

It is time for Urban Americans to look in the mirror, deliberate and then vote their best interest.  Certainly, totalitarianism by the means of the Democrat Party is not in any one's best interest.
